Third Annual

Creole Cuisine Cares Gala

Thank You

Thank you so much for joining us last night at our 3rd annual Creole Cuisine Cares Gala. It was our honor to host you. Your presence made the evening special, and we are humbled and overjoyed by the immense generosity you shared. By God’s grace and your hands, the money raised will make a profound and immediate difference right here in our community.

We look forward to sharing more details about how these funds are directly changing the lives through initiatives at the New Orleans Mission, Giving Hope Pantry, and Celebration Church.

God bless,
The Ammari Family

Community Matters

A Legacy of Giving

Proceeds from our 2024 fundraising initiatives have already made a significant impact.

Over the last year, Creole Cuisine Cares proudly provided 8,000 meals to the guests of the New Orleans Mission, continuing our commitment to nourish both body and soul.

Among the most transformative outcomes of last year’s gala was a $190,000 investment to build the kitchen at the Mission Pantry inside the Giving Hope Retreat in Lacombe, Louisiana. Now a cornerstone of Louisiana’s largest anti-hunger network, this facility distributes nearly one million pounds of food annually, nourishing more than 20,000 residents across St. Tammany Parish.

Creole Cuisine Cares also extended its reach to the New Orleans Mission, providing $12,500 in meals to guests seeking refuge and renewal. An additional $25,000 was allocated for medical supplies and critical-need medications, easing the burden for those managing chronic illness. Another $10,000 was dedicated to clothing, offering comfort and dignity to those in transition.

In partnership with Celebration Church in Arabi, Creole Cuisine Cares contributed $22,500 to serve meals to students at Chalmette High in St. Bernard Parish—helping families facing food insecurity with dignity and care.
